1. Who processes your data

The data controller is WebWise Ltd, Company ID 208101779, 16-18 Preki Pat St, Sofia, Bulgaria, valentin.velev@webwisebulgaria.com.

2. What data we collect

When you book: name, email, phone (optional), note (optional) and the time you chose. We do not collect card details.

3. What we use it for

Only to confirm and carry out your booking, send you a confirmation, a reminder and notices of changes, and contact you about it. The legal basis is your consent and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

4. How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after the booking date, after which we delete it unless the law requires otherwise.

5. Who we share it with

With providers that help us deliver the service: Cloudflare (hosting and database) and Resend (email delivery). We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

6. Cookies

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Only a technical cookie is used for logging in to the admin panel.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
